We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lemonanza.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method 10-20 business days after your return has been delivered. You will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be reflected on your statement in 2-3 business days. Please contact your financial institution if the refund is not reflected on your bank statement.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. Your card will be charged immediately after your order is placed.

Please note that Google Pay and Apple Pay are only available on mobile checkout.

We can only process refunds to the original payment method. We can also offer site credit for the total refund amount.
